Shipping Policies, Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped out using envelopes unless otherwise indicated. The item(s) may be shipped from any of our warehouses.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

- We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages and
- We are not responsible for bearing the cost of reshipping if an incorrect address has been provided by the customer at the time of purchase
- Nor are we responsible for retrieving the item from the incorrect address.
S&H Fees for Trial packs
Our Trial Packs provide two free nursing pad pairs to mums who would like to try Jubblies before purchasing a larger bundle. While we provide our product for free in the Trial Pack, our business cannot sustain if we provide the product for free AND also cover the shipping and handling expense.
Our S&H fee fluctuates with the market -- labor availability, shipping fee adjustments, and fuel costs are not stagnant. At Jubblies we strive to only pass on the baseline S&H expense for customers wishing to try our product before purchasing a larger bundle and we are committed to providing transparency. As of Q1 2023, our S&H costs are as follow for Trial Packs: £1.05 to shipping via Royal Mail, £2.95 for fulfilment, £0.75 for additional logistics inclusive of packing supplies. If you wish to avoid S&H then you can opt to purchase more than £10 worth of product from our website per our terms.
International Shipments
Jubblies reserves the option to ship internationally.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods assuming Jubblies delivery is made available in your area. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
