Jubblies | General Return Policy

These are ("Jubblies", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website.

Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy. We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new, never been soiled, product and not someone's exchange or return.

Order Changes/Cancelations:

Because orders may be mailed out the same day that they are placed, we do not allow order changes or cancelations.

Incorrect addresses 

We are not responsible for bearing the cost of reshipping if an incorrect address has been provided by the customer at the time of purchase nor are we responsible for retrieving the item from the incorrect address. 

Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:

-If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service at within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
-We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.

Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

-Any product not purchased from
-Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail packaging and all other items originally included with the product
-Any product that exhibits physical damage
-Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service.
